Austrian Technik Training currently offer following Human Factor Trainings:
Human Factors Initial
Objectives: | A two day initial training covering all topics of Human Factors as defined in the EASA Part-66 and Part-145. Introduction to “Human Factors”, analysis of incidents and accidents in aviation – analyzing how Human Factors affect human performance, safety and quality of work. Practical examples, films, discussions and group work to increase the awareness for Human Factors and to develop safety strategies to prevent errors. |
Contents: | human performance and imitations, human error, factors affecting performance, poor working conditions, social psychology, communication, safety culture … |
Target Group: | maintenance and administrative staff of maintenance and repair organizations |
Human Factors Continuation
Objectives: | A one day refresher training repeating the main topics of Human Factors, discussing and analyzing incidents and accidents which happened in the participant’s environment/organization to get the ability for implementing Human Factors into the organization and developing safety nets. |
Contents: | MEDA (Maintenance Error Decision Aid)-Reports, films, practical examples, discussions. |
